Teaching Position: Developing students’ academic skills through courses of study and implementing district approved curriculum; addressing specific educational needs of students; providing feedback regarding student progress, expectations, goals, and activities.

 

Coach Position: The Garden City High School football head coach is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of a caliber high school football program both on the field and in the classroom.

 

Qualifications:

• Teaching license.
• Strong communication, both oral and written skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal skill to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, parents and members of the community.
• Thorough knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategy.
• Thorough knowledge of the principles and methodology of effective coaching.
