Job Summary

The job of Behavior Specialist was established for the purpose/s of effecting positive behavioral change in students; providing referrals to families and/or students; assisting in student IEP’s; advising special and regular education teachers; and ensuring that work activities comply with all relevant policies, regulations and/or procedures. Acts as liaison between the district, assigned students, parents, and the mental health community; assists in the administration of programs and services for students; conducts workshops, training, inservice presentations in classroom management and other topics; performs functional behavior assessments.

Preferred School Psychologist or Social Worker (LMSW) or RBT

 

Salary Min & Max

$45,000 - $68,891
